Pikachu for Lunch?
What do you get when you mix process-oriented business people with design-oriented creative people? You get a really interesting office culture. It’s almost like living in a continuous mood swing, one moment the office is very business-like and serious and the next it is in total chaos in the midst of a Nerf war.

Lunch time here at Blitzgear is no different. We have people looking to lose weight and actively counting their calories and others whose metabolism is off the chart consuming 1500 calories in a single meal. But today even we were surprised by the lunch of our design intern Ayumi from Japan. Typically her meal is organized in two-tiered lacquered lunch box; rice on the bottom tier and toppings neatly divided on the top-tier. Today she opened her lunch box and there was Pikachu from the game Pokemon staring at us! She created Pikachu using an egg omelette decorated with sausage slices and nori (seaweed). Amazing!
It is refreshing to know that the creativity of our team goes beyond work, it really is truly a huge part of our life.
