He was an extremely relational man, one who people regardless of age, gender or race could relate with. Before his death, Jack Layton wrote a letter to all Canadians.

One Sad Day

After a game seven loss in the final round of the Stanley Cup playoffs to the Boston Bruins, it was over. The excitement that surrounded our city was gone. Several days later we gathered for one final photo shoot at our studio for our beloved Canucks NSX. We wanted to document the vehicle in its final stage as each round brought minor alterations to the vehicles graphic scheme.

On June 15, 2011, Stoo Anderson contacted us that he had created a cartoon replica of the NSX for a Facebook online racing game called Car Town. We think he did a great job. What do you think?

Canucks NSX at YVR Airport

I had recently stumbled on images of your “BMW e89 Z4 White Flame” and was immediately flattered to see a car inspired by a club that I played such a huge roll in concepting, designing and developing. The designers at our company are all big car people, many of us coming from backgrounds of Audi, Mitsubishi and Renault. A large percentage of our inspiration for clubs comes from the car industry so it was a treat to see the reverse!”
